Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, or UHMWPE, turns long polyethylene chains into a light and strong fiber. It is used in ropes, protective composites, and other products where strength per unit weight matters. It can also bridge cracks in a carefully designed cement composite. The same polymer name does not mean that one fiber grade is qualified for every application. At Shandong Jianbang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., our Ecocretefiber\u2122 UHMWPE range is intended for demanding cement based materials. A buyer should start with the target concrete performance, then choose a fiber length, surface condition, and dosage for that mix. This guide explains the material science, its useful limits, and a […]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2921,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[233],"tags":[238,240,237,236,234,239,235],"class_list":["post-2914","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uhmwpe-fiber","tag-gel-spun-polyethylene-fiber","tag-polyethylene-fiber-cement-bond","tag-uhmwpe-fiber-applications","tag-uhmwpe-fiber-concrete","tag-uhmwpe-fiber-for-uhpc","tag-uhpc-fiber-dosage","tag-ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene-fiber"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2914","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2914"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2914\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2922,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2914\/revisions\/2922"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2921"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2914"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=2914"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ecocretefiber.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2914"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
