PP Monofilament Fiber

PP monofilament fibers act as secondary reinforcement in concrete/mortar. They limit plastic/drying/thermal shrinkage cracks, improve impermeability, abrasion resistance and toughness, extending service life—ideal for industrial floors, precast, shotcrete and general construction.

FAQs

When should I choose between PP mesh fiber and PP macro fiber?

Monofilament is more suitable for concrete or mortars requiring high crack resistance, impermeability, and surface quality. For higher toughness and load-bearing properties, consider PP macro or steel fibers (links to related products on this site). Reference: PP mesh fiber and macro fiber introduction and dosage range.

Follow the order of “aggregate → fiber → cement → water → mixing → adding water” to ensure complete dispersion. Asphalt should be sprayed after dry mixing for 20 seconds.

Inner and outer bags and pallets are customizable, and private labeling and documentation are supported.
